To join the program, please complete the below form with required membership information filled out and attach one of the following eligibility documents:
- EIN
- Current Business License
- Resale or Sales Tax Certificate
- Proof of Current Membership to Design Professional Organization.
We highly encourage designers and their clients to send any styled photos of their unique Hibiscus House piece in its new home to our team to share on Social Media. We will gladly credit the designer and customer when sharing!
