Vintage Federal Style Mahogany Sideboard Buffet Available & Ready to Ship// Antique mahogany sideboard with inlaid drawers, dovetailed joints, tapered legs that come to a block stop, and gorgeous original brass hardware. This piece features two spacious center drawer flanked by large cabinet style doors with unique brass pull hardware. The inlaid legs taper and come to a block stop at the base giving this piece clean lines and a traditional style. Small hand carved details featuring floral and tassel detailing can be seen between the drawers and cabinets and along the side of the piece. Sideboards make excellent storage for linens, dishes, silver, vases and more! But don’t just think of the piece for your dining room. We envision this beauty making a statement in a foyer, as a media console, or even as a storage piece in a bedroom. Turnaround time for Ready to Ship items is 1-3 weeks. Your shipping quote includes ONE small business private shipper to safely hand- deliver your piece to the GROUND FLOOR/ FOYER of your home. If stairs are needed, must pay shipper additional cost AND have at least one additional person for help.
We partner with some amazing, independent contracted shippers, that being said most of them travel alone. Shippings rates included ground floor/ foyer delivery. If you desire to have your piece placed in a specific room, or upstairs, you MUST have someone there upon arrival to assist with moving and pay additional cost to the shipper.
Once your piece is picked up and securely blanket wrapped, the shipper will be your main point of contact for receiving. We try to remain in close contact with our clients, but sometimes routes change for a variety of reasons causing delays or different arrival dates. These shippers are on tight timelines and can usually NOT reschedule. Please have a neighbor or family member on- deck if for any reason you cannot meet the shipper.
Yes, we ship anywhere in the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska.) If you experience shipping rate issues upon checking out, please e-mail or direct message us and we will try to work with our shippers and accommodate!
Please keep in mind all sales are final. These are vintage pieces and most between 50-70 + years of age. Vintage pieces will still have great bones, hardwoods, dovetail joints, wood glides. The interior will look well used. All that comes with living and serving for 50+ years to the previous owners. All vintage and handprinted items will have some imperfections.
